All COVID-19 protocols are subject to change, so we encourage you to check before your show.
Face Covering / Masks Required: Masks are REQUIRED for patrons at all indoor events to ensure the safety of those unable to get the Vaccine including youth and vulnerable populations. Masks will be available at the box office if you forgot yours.
Exchange Policy: If you or your guests have any new symptoms, recent COVID-19 exposure, or tested Positive for COVID-19, please stay at home for the health and safety of everyone. If you need to exchange tickets, please send an email to email@example.com.
Tickets: To ensure a smooth check-in and reduce lines, we encourage all tickets to be purchased in advance either online or by phone at 317-210-4639. No cash transactions: Tickets sold at the box office will require a credit card. Volunteers will scan your ticket prior to entry via your smartphone or print at home copy.
Capacity: At this time, capacity will be capped at 80%, but may be changed depending on public health recommendations at the time of performance. Seating is general admission and will not have set social distancing in place. We encourage those who prefer distancing to attend a show at a larger venue (The Athenaeum or Oasis at the Murat) where more space may be available.
Cleaning procedures: Employees and volunteers are cleaning high-touch surfaces like counters, bathrooms, doors, and railings regularly.
All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending IndyFringe productions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
