The state of inter-racial relationships can be an emotionally charged conversation all over the world. Here in America it is no different.
Everywhere in our country we are seeking means of coexistence. As young people there are feelings, emotions and thoughts that we wish to express but sometimes struggle to find the words. We wrestle with despair, sadness, anger, frustration, bias, ambivalence, powerlessness and hope and action.
So, as artists we share with an audience those same feelings, emotions and thoughts through dance, theatre and poetry in hopes that we can incite conversation that lead to means, peaceful means, of coexistence. Join us in changing the conversation. Caution some of this conversation may include “Strong Language“.
