Executive Director
IndyFringe is seeking an Executive director to guide or our organization in becoming a midwestern hub for vibrant performing arts, cultivating creative talent, and investing in bold theatre. To continue to carry out our mission - advancing the performing arts year-round by creating access to a multitude of opportunities for artists, audiences, and our community to thrive - we need a dynamic and passionate leader. The ideal candidate demonstrates 3 core traits: a passion for the arts; empathy and a desire to empower others; the ability to turn vision into action.
Front of House
IndyFringe has the privilege of developing a dedicated team of service-oriented arts administrators to assist with theatre operations during our many programs year-round. Box Office Associates make vital connections with artists and audience members while assisting with COVID-19 safety, bar operations, and ticket sales.
IndyFringe is not currently hiring Front of House positions. Check back this Summer to see if new openings are available.

Board Ops and Theatre Technicians

Internships
IndyFringe supports aspiring arts administrators through offering paid professional internships during the summer season in preparation for the annual festival. Internships run from the beginning of June through the end of the festival in early September.
Event Management and Marketing Internship
The Event Management and Marketing intern supports IndyFringe by providing vital administrative support leading up to and during the annual summer festival. By collaborating with IndyFringe staff, this intern will learn and apply essential knowledge in audience services technology, copywriting and editing, web management, and soft skills like customer service and donor engagement.
